Shipping policy
Please note that all shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on where you are located in the world. Processing time for most items is 5-7 business days, however if you are ordering a PRE-ORDER piece - you will find the pre-order time within the listing.
Shipping times given are an estimate from our shipping carriers so please use the tracking number provided upon dispatch for the most accurate tracking updates. On average within the UK - shipping should take 3-5 business days using a tracked service, while international shipping through Royal Mail can take anywhere from 5-20 business days. This does NOT include processing time to package your order.
ATroveofCrafts is not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses, so please double check your information at checkout. We are also not responsible for parcels damaged, lost, stolen, misplaced, or failed delivery attempts by delivery agents since we don't have control over what happens once we drop it off at the postal office.

International Shipping
We currently offer worldwide shipping to a range of countries allowed through Shopify.
EU Customers:
At this time we have had to temporarily pause shipments to the EU.
There are a number of new regulations that have come into play for small businesses sending items to EU countries and unfortunately to become compliant with the rules and regulations would come with at a cost of 000s to us - which as a small business is not viable at the moment for us.
Instead - we are monitoring the situation and are prioritizing a way to open the channel up again so we can ship to you in line with the rules to save any unexpected customs fees for you!
If you had your heart set on something, please do reach out to us directly at info@atroveofcrafts.com. This will allow us to ensure your country is taken note of when we are in a position to open back up!

International shipping (outside of the UK) may be subject to customs fees and taxes at checkout. Customers are responsible for these charges as well as any fees incurred upon delivery.
